Ground Yellow Mustard
Ground mustard is where mustard seed is ground up into a dry powder.
A tablespoon of ground mustard is much hotter than a tablespoon of prepared mustard. As a rule, use 1 teaspoon of dry mustard for each tablespoon of prepared mustard called for in your recipe.
