A few easy steps to perfect popcorn:
1: Heat 5 -10ml of oil in a heavy bottom pain with a lid over a medium temperature.
2: Drop in a few kernels and wait for them to pop
3: Add the rest of the kernels (50g), pop the lid on and take off the heat
4: Count to 30 (out loud is best)
5: Return the pan to the heat and listen to the popping. your popcorn is done when there is around 4 seconds between pops.
